NEW HVAC in 2013, still under warranty. Portable A/C unit upstairs remains, blinds remain, window treatments negotiable. Wired shed. RV connection in front of house and also has an RV pad. Originally a 4 bedroom home but previous owner removed wall and made a large master bedroom. Kitchen wall to laundry room was removed and made a larger kitchen with built-ins. The stackable washer and dryer is in these built-ins and will remain. The fireplace logs uses a propane tank, otherwise everything is all electric.
