We are looking to sublease one bedroom in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Aspire at West Campus from May 12th through July 31, 2018. The building was built in 2014 and has been well maintained. There are large south-facing windows in the living room and bedrooms which let in tons of light. There are 5 closets for ample storage space, 2 bathroom sinks, and a large kitchen. We are asking $500 per month for one bedroom and shared use of the common areas, which we will prorate based on your move-in date. This is less than the typical rent for one bedroom in this unit, but we will happily pay the difference as an incentive. A $125 down payment is required, which you will get back in full at the end of the sublease assuming there are no damages. The community center has an exercise room, a lounge with free coffee, and laundry facilities. There are community grilling areas and direct access to hiking and biking trails. The apartment allows up to 2 pets (cats and/or dogs) and there is a dog park on-site. There is an extra monthly rent and down payment for pets. There is free on-site parking for 1 car, and there is a bus stop on-site with frequent buses to the campus, hospital, and downtown. Internet, cable, water, sewer, and trash are included. Tenant would have to pay gas and electric (typically around $25 per month per person). The apartment is unfurnished. Though we would be willing to leave a few select pieces of furniture if you are interested, such as a couch and recliner.
