Rate Starting June 1: Daily rate is $450, Weekly, $2975 Our comfortable beach home is 100 yards away from access to a quiet beach, and 2 miles from the Emerald Isle Bridge. Remodeled 4 bed/3 baths in perfect shape. Relax and enjoy full decks on both floors with ocean sounds and views. Walkable grocery, restaurants, shopping & mini golf. Absolutely No Smoking or pets. We request that guests do not smoke near the house including the decks because some smoke smell inevitably finds its way into the house and we pride ourselves on providing a "smoke-free" experience as much as possible. If you smoke outside please try not to disturb renters on the other side of the duplex. Middle floor has a large open kitchen and dining area with seating for eight. Two sliding doors to access the porch with table and chairs. One bedroom with 2 twins, and a shared downstairs bathroom. The living area has High-speed internet (30 Down/5 up) and TV with 200 Channels, in addition to Wii U + games. Top floor has 2 queen bedrooms with access to the deck and 1 shared bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed with private bath. The house is at the end of quiet cul-de-sac. There is essentially no traffic on our street or in front of the house. Emerald Isle is bike friendly with bike paths along the major roads and easy bike rental if you cannot bring your own. Parking: There is covered space for two cars (one behind the other). There is also a parking pad to the right where you can put another car. Food/Grocery: Food Lion in the nearby (0.6 miles, an 11-minute walk) Emerald Plantation Shopping Center. Walking distance to water park, cinema, shopping, mini-golf, and restaurants. Canoe rentals and surf shop are also walking distance. Easy Drive: Furnished. Available winter for weekly or 1 month rental. The house does not have a fence but does have large backyard. Utilities: Water/Electricity/High Speed Internet included. Renter would pay additional charge for cable-TV ($100/mo) if desired.Maintenance: The renter will help keep the trash/recycle/exterior in order.
