I am looking to sublet my room for the Spring semester. The room for rent is a single room at 425 a month, at 102 Kent Terrace off of JPA. The house is located next to a bus stop and has a kitchen, 2 baths, a living room, balcony, and four bedrooms. The room is spacious with two full closets, a new mural has just been painted on the wall and the room comes furnished with a white wicker set of two dressers and a nightstand, this furniture is not included in the pictures. There four other girls living in the house who have international backgrounds (two from india, one from trindad and tobago, and one from nigeria) so they love exploring charlottesville and making delicious food!
