This house was recently built in November of 2023 and has very nice furnishings to make it a very comfortable stay. Also a Nice fenced in backyard with a patio. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath located upstairs and the kitchen, living room and half bath are located on the first floor. There is a small backyard as well with a grill patio, couch, and pollywood 6 seat table for dining. Renter will be responsible for paying electric and water which combined is an additional $300/month. Internet and cable through Youtube TV is provided as well. Pets are allowed for a $30/month fee. Deposit is $800 and is used as a non-refundable deposit to hold the house until checkin, but then becomes refundable damage deposit once the lease term starts and will be returned at the end of the lease if everything is in cleaned and in the same condition at the start of the lease. There is also an elliptical and a few free weights for someone that likes to work out at home. I am also only 3 blocks from the very nice rec center which is only $40 for 6 months. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Owner has an attached studio which is located up the outside stairs off the back side of the house which he may stay at frequently. It has a separate entrance through the backyard and will not have access to the rest of the house. Owner pays all bills and will be reimbursed by the tenant for the water, electric, cable and internet.
