A great 3 bedroom apartment in a duplex. First floor unit that is close to everything. The apartment was just completely gone through. Freshly painted, new kitchen, new carpet, new flooring. New bathroom. New lighting, new outlets, electrical switches, etc. A really great place. Curb appeal? not so much! But it is beautiful on the inside. Owner pays water & garbage. The tenant is responsible for the gas and electric. We do require a one year lease. Cats considered. No dogs.
