I had it fenced and a dog door installed in 2016. Repairs to date: October 2019 Replaced all the bathroom faucets, shower heads and shower knobs. 11/16/2019 Roof repaired, have paperwork, Schulte Roofing 11/20/2019 Replaced kitchen faucet, added shutoff valves and connected with new flexes, replaced both basket strainers, and continuous waste and p-trap. Siliconed around tub spout and tub valve cover plate in hall bath. Replaced angle stop, flex, flapper, and fill valve on commode. Master bath replaced angle stop, flex, flapper, and fill valve on commode. Tightened commode and resealed around the base. West Plumbing Services, have paperwork Repairs pending: Repaint shed. For Sale by Owner AS IS AFTER ABOVE STATED REPAIRS (NO owner financing or rent to own). It can stay in the park (if you are approved - current lot rent is $270), or it can be moved.
