The home is within walking distance to downtown Brush and Memorial Park. Appliances include a 2017 water heater, 2018 washer & dryer, gas range-oven, and refrigerator. We are pet-friendly. The primary lease terms are as follows: a) 1-year lease at $1050/mo rent, due at the start of every month. b) 1-month rent-equivalent refundable security deposit, due immediately upon signing. c) Maximum 2 pets (cats and dogs only, no vicious breed), including maximum one large pet. Pets less than 15 lbs are considered as small pet, 15-60 lbs are considered as large pets. $25/mo small pet fee with additional $100 refundable security deposit per small pet. $75/mo large pet fee with additional $500 refundable security deposit per large pet. d) Tenants are responsible for all utilities except water, sewer and trash and must maintain renters insurance. e) No smoking allowed on premise. The above preliminary terms are applicable only for the following tenants: a) All adult tenants must fill in a rental application and consent to non-refundable credit and background checks via zumper.com. b) All tenants must have no major felonies, no evictions, no bankruptcies or be party to any lawsuits.
