In the process of remodeling this one bedroom apartment. Putting new flooring in throughout the unit, a new shower surround and new refrigerator. Will be ready by the 1st of October. The Property Owner pays water, sewer, and weekly garbage pick up. You are required to put the power into your name at the time you move in. Monthly Rent is due on the 1st but we give you until the 5th to pay. Any day after the 5th is considered late and we will charge you $10.00 every day late. We start off with a Month to Month Lease Agreement, if there are no problems after three Months and the tenant wants to lease the property for a longer term then we would consider leasing the property for a twelve Month term. We do inspections twice a year and will notify you prior. NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed.
