Great spot for a couple or a single person. The bedroom is a loft style with private bathroom. Great views and clean and quite surroundings. Current renter was there for 3+ years and is moving to the coast. This condo is located in the South-Slope community off Hwy-105. 10 minutes from Boone, and it is an upper unit with lots of mature trees surrounding the building. The community is well spaced and relaxed. The long-time renter is leaving at the end of May and I'm looking for a 12-month lease. The rent includes HOA dues, trash, water/sewer and snow removal. This is a non smoking unit. I will post pictures soon the existing pic is from the lower unit.
