Current renter was there for 3+ years and is moving to the coast. There is a gas fireplace and half bath on lower lever. This condo is located in the South-Slope community off Hwy-105. 10 minutes from Boone, and it is an upper unit with lots of mature trees surrounding the building. The community is well spaced and relaxed. The long-time renter is leaving at the middle of July and I'm looking for a 12-month lease. The rent includes HOA dues, trash, water/sewer and snow removal.
