Appliances include new washer/dryer, refrigerator, new microwave, new GE Cafe induction range and dishwasher and surround sound speakers built into the walls. There is lots of closet/storage space in the house. One bedroom has been converted to an office and has a desk. There is a new, two burner propane grill and patio furniture (table and 4 chairs) on the patio. The community swimming pool is open during the summer and is a two minute walk from the house. The front yard is maintained by the HOA, the tenant is responsible for the small back yard (electric lawnmower in garage). Tenant pays electric, water/sewer and garbage. Tenant is responsible for refilling the fireplace propane tank as needed. The house is located a few blocks away from the village of Manson which offers coffee shops, a great bakery, wineries, restaurants and the post office. Manson Bay Park, with its wonderful swimming area and paddle board rentals, is a 10 minute walk from the house. Red Apple is across the street and a 5 minute walk. Fully furnished except bed linens and towels. Tenant pays utilities (electricity, water/sewer and garbage), landlord pays internet. There is a $500 refundable cleaning fee in addition to the $5600 (first month's rent + security deposit) move-in fee. Tenant(s) need a combined gross income of 2.5 x the monthly rent, a credit score of 660 or better and pass a background check. Applications showing a history of eviction, foreclosure or bankruptcy will not be considered. No pets and non-smokers only. Lease is 6 months to one year and will be documented in the lease once agreed upon by tenants and landlord. Viewings available by appointment starting April 3, 2026.
