Family room lower level with wood burning fireplace and lots of storage area. Owner pays for the requirements on the beaches per lot. If tenant wants a beach pass we will give them the number to call. We will prorate the first month rent. Landlord pays for spring and winter check up on the heating and air condition clean up services. Please make sure that you change your filters every other month.
