Tenant pays water, power and trash. First months rent and security up front no smoking in home. Animals must be prior approved before entering property. Yard maintenance is up to the tenant. Yard must be kept up. No changing paint or anything without landlord consent. Any additional occupants must be discussed with landlord and upon approval could move in. Tenant will be responsible for damages to premises. Owner suggests renters insurance to cover any accidents or acts of nature that could damage personel property. Landlord is not responsible for personal property.
