About the place We are looking for a roommate in our 3 bed 3 bath townhouse North Pacific Beach. Walking distance to the beach and lots of north PB restaurants and shops. The available bedroom is one of two upstairs bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. Size is about ~11.5x12ft plus closet. You'll have your own private bathroom. Washer and dry are upstairs. We have most of the furniture for the common areas and a good amount of house plants acquired during lockdown. Rent is $1,406 and utilities are just SDGE (~$100/month) and AT&T 1-Gbs Internet ($35/mon). Budget around $80-140 for utilities depending on usage. $1,081.66 deposit which will be paid to the outgoing roommate. We are located in North PB where it is a lot more laid back and relaxed. There are 3 other units in our townhouse and everyone is super friendly. We are walking distance to many shops/restaurants on Cass and the beach! About Us One guy and one girl - 30-40 and one french bulldog that will never tire for playing fetch. We both work and are active on the weekends going to the beach, rock climbing and biking, generally enjoying the outdoors. One works in medical devices and the other in marketing for a property management company. Both are remote, although one is a hybrid so not always at home. We both have normal m-f schedules so looking for someone that is the same. We both keep things mellow during the week and definitely don't bring the party home. About You Must like dogs, but we cannot accommodate anymore dogs. Considerate, friendly, responsible, chill. Steady income and good credit. Our landlord requires someone with excellent credit and a credit check is required for move in. Lease is 1 year minimum.
