Off-street and on-street vehicle parking available, as well as a receptacle outlet for EV charging. All utilities, eg. electricity, gas, water, Internet, etc. are the responsibility of the tenant. No smoking of any type inside the house. There are covered porches in the front and back that can be used year-round for enjoying the outdoors.
