If you see a post on Craigslist or Facebook it is a scam. We are only showing our home to people who apply on Zillow. I will only show it by appointment to people who use Zillow. The neighbors are great and I really need to find good people to rent here. There is also yard work that needs to take place. (If you wanted to pay extra we can find someone else to deal with that.) This house comes with a laundry machine and dryer included and a spacious basement laundry space. It is 15 minutes away from anything in Lansing with its close proximity to the highway. It has fantastic neighbors and is a great block. There is a lot of gardening potential in the back yard. We have put hardwood floors in the dining room and living room and painted the majority of the first floor. There is also tons of storage space in the basement and attic! The bedrooms are on the small side. This is a really nice place for the right people! THE GARAGE IS NOT PART OF THE LEASE. We are open to discussion about partial or full lease of the garage. We currently pay for the trash service as part of the lease.
