    What's special

Coming soon. Is occupied by tenant (son and his friend) until 5/1. Hello. We purchased this home in fall of 2017 since our son was going to attend UNL. We did A LOT of work to bring it out of the 80’s. We did have a home and termite inspection. I can show you those. If you want inspections they will be at your expense. Everything was completed in the home inspection, including installation of a new furnace. However, we haven’t mud-jacked up the cement patio in the back as we were unsure what the backyard plans would be. In 2017 when we bought it the prior owner had dementia and was not living there. The shed in the back had what looked like “old terminate damage” nothing active. Without knowing when it was treated last, we did have the entire location treated for termites, with a 5 year guarantee. I can provide you with those documents as well. Often people think about the inside of the home and not the sewer lines. Have no fear. Summer 2020 we had the sewer line reconnected to the city sewer. I guess homes built at the time have a tendency to slip off. Whatever, it is fixed now. New roof 2020 as well. We installed new drain tile in 2019. It had drain tile, but wasn’t installed properly and I wanted it correct. But we have never had water in the basement so not really sure why it was installed in the first place. Everything is pretty much new. My 21 year old son and one other kid currently live there so I cannot just show it one a whim, so. I didn’t take photos of the bedrooms or bathrooms as they are messy. Those will come in the future. I wanted to see if there was any interest prior to them moving out 4/30, before I could clean up the place. Let me know if there is and I can have the boys straighten up and show you. Please email me at 1020WCusterLincoln@gmail.com. As an FYI-AC was installed in 2011 per sticker on unit Here is a listing of all the improvements we have made. 2017 purchased new furnace part of sale Duct Medic clean out all vents of dust/debris All new electrical switches, outlets and light fixtures, except kitchen florescent and can light above sink as well as back door outdoor light and outlet. New paint all rooms New window coverings all rooms New carpet and sealed subfloor prior to carpet installation to prevent any dust or dander. This has been a pet free home, except when our personal dog would visit and he was closely monitored. New laminate flooring kitchen/dining and both baths New bathroom cabinets, sinks, faucets, toilets. New tile surround in hall bath with new faucet New Onyx collection shower stall in master bath with new faucet 2018 new dishwasher Spectrum installed new internet line to home Drain tile replaced. Prior owned had done it incorrectly we did not have water problem. Actually no water in sump pit with pump. New basement finish Reseeded front lawn added wood chips and leveled west side of house yard for easier access Poured cement pad for off street parking Replaced house sewer line connection to city sewer 2020 replaced roof New tile and carpet in basement March 2021. I won’t let the boys go on the carpet. I have it blocked. I want it new for the new owner. Wood burning fireplace Refrigerator, washer, dryer included Fenced back yard. Vinyl windows, unsure when replaced, but not 1979. Vinyl siding Ceiling fan/light in dining area and master bedroom Master-12x14; B2-11x11; B3-11X12; FAMILY ROOM 13X15; DINING 11X12; KITCHEN 10X12; LAUNDRY/STORAGE 9X9; BASEMENT FINISH 22X14 I won't lie the deck needs some work. I still need to install baseboard trim in basement since just put in carpet last week. One pane in kitchen window has small bb hole. But not on inside.
