You will be taking over the last month and 1/2 of my lease and then renewing lease through City Walk after Aug 14th. I also have 2 parking spots inside at $95 for each. I am willing to pay for them for the full month of July and 1/2 the amount for August as my lease ends Aug 14th. At that time when you sign new lease that will be your decision for parking. You are responsible for electric/gas in the unit. City Walk does send a prorated bill for water, internet and common areas each month.
