This is a great deal on a wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium. It was refurbished several years ago with a new dishwasher, washing machine and carpeting. I am trying to advertise it now for a person to move in during the month of July or August. I would like to do a term lease of 6 months to a year. Most places rent for $1,700 or more, but I am looking for a reliable renter that views this as a bargain and would be willing appreciate it. .
