3 bedroom 2 bath house with 2 living rooms, A 3 car garage , A gated pool, security doors and paid solar. House is located in a culdesac There will be a pet deposit. I will pay the pool, garbage and gardener. Plus I own the solar so there will be no electric bill unless you run up a tru up bill which shouldn't happen, but if it does then that will be on the renter.
