Good condition beautiful home. Nice spacious upstairs, convenient basement for storage and garage in the backyard. Room for a small dog in the backyard. Natural gas fireplace in living room gives a cheap option for heat during the winter. We do not accept section 8. Tenant pays for water, electric, garbage. No smoking in the house. Small dogs only under 25 lbs. no exceptions. electricity will be available in the garage within a week. Very nice place to live. Other units in building at all permanent occupants. Security cameras and motion sensors all across the property. Very safe location.
