This is a wonderful contemporary home in a beautiful and safe community near the Narrows Bridge. The home is located on a cul de sac and has a large fenced yard. You can walk to Titlow Beach or Park in a few minutes. The bus line goes right past the entrance to the Narrows. You can even see the Olympics and Sound from a couple of upstairs windows. Neighborhood Description The area is a mix of beautiful two story homes, all with nice yards and some with views of the Olympics and the Sound (we have peek-a-boo views of the sound and Mountains but this is not a view home). The area has a mix of ethnicities and ages. The crime in this area is extremel low...I've never heard of any problems. We have a community association so the entrances and grass strips are well maintained.
