We are about a 5-minute drive from Wynwood, Midtown, Design District, and Little Haiti. The airport, Brickell, and Little Havana are about 10 mins, and Miami Beach is about 15 minutes away. The space Our home is a nice, newly remodeled, 5 bedroom house. We have converted it into a duplex, making the back half a 2 bed/1 bath rental unit. You will have 2 full bedrooms, a large bathroom, a living room, and a sunroom all to yourself. There is a shared kitchenette and laundry room. There is also a nice patio area with tables and a hammock under the shade of mango and avocado trees. We also have a home gym with over 300 lbs of free weights. About Us We are a couple of educators in our 30s with a cute pup named Rona. We also rent other rooms in the house out so you may see other guests during your stay as you lounge on the patio or make coffee in the common kitchen area. It's a great place to meet people but also to have your own large area to retreat to. The house is in a great location near Wynwood, Design District, and Midtown. We maintain a very clean house and are all respectful of each others' space. We have laundry available on site for a fee of $4.00 ($2.00 washer and $2.00 dryer) About our dog She is adorable and sweet as can be. She cannot enter your space as it is separated from the main house by a door. All utilities are included in rent up to the monthly average. Tenants will be expected to pay for any overages.
