Appliances include refrigerator, and stove, as well as washer and dryer that are located on the 1st floor. Very small fenced in back yard for pet. We do charge an additional $25 for a pet. Energy efficient furnace in the basement. Tenant is responsible for utilities. Utilities are about $100 per month. One car garage with electric door opener. We require fair to good credit, rental history and we verify credit and background check with TransUnion SmartMove. We also require a two year lease. We do not accept Section 8. The lease duration is not 1 year but is a TWO YEAR LEASE.
