Soak in the beautiful views of the Center City skyline, enjoy a meal, watch a movie (we have outlets in all outdoor spaces) the roof deck is a highlight of this home! Not to be forgotten is the finished lower level. We initially used this area as a second living room. Then we added additional wall and doors and converted it to a fourth bedroom; it could also be a great work or play area. This bedroom comes with two spacious closets, a nice-sized window (egress), and, a few steps from the bedroom door, a half bathroom. Washer and dryer, plus utility closet with plenty of storage space, are also on the lower level. There is central air conditioning throughout the house. Alarm system, smoke detectors, doorbell, etc. all already installed. Primely located, this home is convenient to Rittenhouse Square and Center City by foot (15min walk) or the 17 Septa bus line (stop is less than a block away). 10 minute walk to Broad Street Line subway stop.
