The 1000 block of Stainback is a nice, friendly stretch of East Nashville that we called home for over 5 years. We saw many changes in the neighborhood and grew to lean on its convenience. Hop over to 5 Points in 5 mins, downtown in 8 and enjoy a few walkable neighborhood spots like Red Headed Stranger for tacos or Xiao Bao for a crazy noodle experience. It's super convenient to Ellington Pkwy, which made commuting from the Eastside a breeze. The house was built in 1900 and still has the original hardwoods in the living room and hallway. The kitchen was recently renovated in 2019. Our Nest thermostat cuts the energy bill considerably and the HVAC was fully re-hauled in 2021. A pergola, fire pit and shed (empty for you!) round out the backyard. The front door has a Ring doorbell. Washer and dryer (2023) and lawn care/pest are included. Owner pays for lawn care and pest control. Renter pays for water, electric and optional expenses for internet. Small/ large dogs and cats are allowed for a pet deposit (on a case by case basis). Absolutely no smoking indoors. Three cars are able to park on the street. (Front landscaping under maintenance and front porch is being refinished but will be ready for move-in date)
