Here is a charming one-bedroom, one-bath, 600-square-foot apartment located on the upper floor, just minutes from downtown Savannah. You have your full-sized washer/dryer, and water/trash/sewer is included. The other tenant downstairs is great. The person in the main house is wonderful. This is very close to Savannah's Victorian district and Enmark Arena. If you are a SCAD student, it's a quick 6-minute ride to Montgomery Hall. A pet is $350 non-refundable fee. And adds $25 to the rent Water/Trash/Sewer is INCLUDED in the rent. There is parking off-street.
