In one wing guest will find a bedroom furnished with a king bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed as well as a crib. The other wing has a bedroom with a queen and a bedroom with a daybed. The 1BR open concept guest house is bright and cheery with high vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows making this sizable space seem even bigger. It comes complete with a queen bed, a couch and chair, small flat screen TV, full bathroom, and a kitchenette with under-counter fridge, bar sink, microwave, and coffee maker. In addition to its wonderful indoor spaces this property offers plenty of great outdoor amenities too! A large deck overlooks the sunken hot tub and private pool which is surrounded by a gorgeous stone patio complete with plenty of comfortable lounge furniture. A large screened in fully furnished cabana is also available. The huge fenced in yard offers plenty of space for children to run and play during the day and the firepit will bring everyone together at night. If guests want to explore the area they have access to Gordon Beach and downtown Union Pier which offers a small market, and cafes, both are just a short walk from the home, With its central location guest are also within a short drive to surrounding villages and towns like Harbert, Sawyer and New Buffalo. With family friendly accommodations, wonderful outdoor amenities, private beach access and centralized location, you will be hard pressed to find anything better than this!
