Very clean waterfront tropical paradise. Can watch tubing and skiing from the back yard. Very friendly and active neighborhood with lots of biking and walking and a big park with lots of activities just a block away. Beach and cute town of Treasure Island just a walkable two miles. No smoking inside. Great neighbors so it is imperative to be considerate of them.
