The change over for the lease would be performed by the leasing office so everything would be officially in your name, with the opportunity to renew at the end of the contract. We love the apartment and are very disappointed we have to leave. Our third story apartment is located in the building close to the entry, the office, gym and pool. The beautiful pool area features a deck overlooking a pond, hammocks, and sun chairs. The gym is open 24/7 and has everything you need, even a children s room. The complex also offers gated entry, tennis courts, and a dog park. There is a spacious patio with views of the fountain, vaulted ceilings, in unit washer and dryer, large living space, ample storage, and a large kitchen. The master bedroom has two closets, one of them being a walk-in, and the second bedroom has a large walk in closet. Both bathrooms feature huge bathtubs with the shower. Included by the apartment complex is valet trash ($35) as well as a spectrum package with cable with most channels and high-speed internet ($94). The complex is conveniently located right off the highway with access to all main roads to get you anywhere in Tampa. Only 15 minutes from downtown Tampa, Ybor, Hyde Park, or wherever your destination may be. It is also only minutes from the Brandon Mall, and every grocery store or restaurant you could imagine. We have only lived here a few months: the apartment is spotless, the carpet brand new, and everything in above average condition. Rent is $1,239. There are application fee s of $295 and then $75 per adult that we will be willing to cover in order for you to take over our lease! You may have to pay a security deposit, determined by your credit!
