Thanks for considering our property on Cheryl Cove. This home is owned by local landlords and is fully managed and maintained by our family. We strive to provide safe, comfortable homes for our tenants. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Each bedroom has durable, easy-to-clean laminate flooring. The rest of the house has tile flooring. The large living room adjoins the eat-in kitchen. Between the kitchen and 2 car garage, you have a separate laundry room and 2 pantry closets. The master bath has a nice walk-in closet, separate shower and jetted tub. This cove lot has a large backyard. The garage is designed for two midsize vehicles and has a separate enclosed storage room. The only appliance we provide is the stove. You are responsible for washer, dryer, and refrigerator. We will update pictures as they become available. We need a few more days to do final cleaning. Feel free to drive by the home, but we will not be showing the interior until Tuesday or Wednesday of this coming week. We require income at least 3 times the monthly rent and a minimum credit score of 600. The lease term is for 1 year and reverts to month-to-month thereafter. We do not renew leases and do our best to keep rent increases to a minimum. Our policy is no pets, but we will make consideration for well-qualified applicants. We require a $20 fee for each application. Each adult who intends to qualify for the home must provide an application plus $20 fee. Utilities are solely the responsibility of the tenant. The City of Olive Branch and Northeast Mississippi Power Association provide services, leaving TV and internet to the usual choices.
