Highly recommend renter's insurance. It's not very expensive when added onto your existing home or auto insurance. However, Renters Insurance is required when/if landlord approves you to have a pet. There is easy street parking in front of the house on Bond Street. No smoking in the apartments, but is allowed on back patio. Pets must be approved by landlord ahead of time.
