About the house: 3 bedroom 1.5 bath located in Central East Austin, close to Desnudo, Veracruz, Nixta Taqueria, Birdies, and across the street from Boggy Creek, a 2.6 mile long trail! It's a 10 min drive from Downtown and Mueller, with lots of protected bike lanes in, and near pickleball courts. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. About you: Female preferably 30+, who is clean, respectful, friendly, and comfortable living with a well behaved dog.
