Casita comes with a Main rug kitchen rug, and bath rug. Also equipped with trash cans. Utilities are a flat fee of $125 per month. This includes internet, gas, electric, water and trash. There is a private driveway spot for one vehicle directly in front of the casita. No pets, no smoking, no parties. 6-month lease minimum $750 deposit and first months rent due upon move-in.
