Home was upadated in late 2008. We put int 20X20 tile on the entire first floor and matched it on the upstairs restrooms, all toilets and restroom fixtures replaced. Also pulled out all carpet from all three bedrooms and replaced with laminate. Painted the entire inside of the house and added crown molding to the first floor. Neighborhood Description Community is an established community, it is extremely family friendly and not to mention gated. I hate to leave I would have like to start a family in this home, but I have accepted a job offer out of state.
