House to Rent for the months of August 2026 through May 2027. We are teachers who enjoy coming back to the lake during the summer months. Our hearts are not set on renting, but if we found the right person/people, we would be willing to give it a try. Renter would cover the internet, garbage, and heat, which is baseboard electricity. The house is furnished, and the property has some upkeep requirements: mowing the Lawn; raking leaves; shoveling snow. We have lawn mowers and a snow blower that are in good working condition. We are not "landlords" or real estate moguls. We simply would like to cover the expense of the mortgage. NO PETS: THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. Renter Pays Electricity and Internet.
