Taking as-is offers until November 10th, and then remodel is starting. Kitchen and 2nd bathroom needs redone. Basically, interior of house will need done (paint, flooring). Exterior needs deck and shed removed. Water heater, A/C, and Heater have been replaced over the past 5 years. Foundation was repaired in 2017. Main plumbing line outside of home was replaced.
