We have loved living in our home. It is the perfect size. We love that all the main living can be done on the bottom floor. We love the hardwood floors and cozy gas fireplace. Our favorite spot is sitting on the covered back porch and deck, bird watching. The private wooded area is beautiful all year long. We also enjoy working in the garage and accessing the front yard via our side door without having to open the garage door. The neighborhood is easily walkable. Their are 2 playgrounds in the neighborhood. We adore the small community of Fairview that is just a short drive to the big cities of Franklin & Downtown Nashville.
