"As-is" is simply from an aesthetic standpoint. Maintenance will always be available for general work orders, such as a fridge that isn't cooling, a toilet that is running, etc. If you would like the home to have some further renovations done, which would include a complete repainting of all the interior walls, brand new kitchen cabinets, updated appliances, and updated lighting fixtures, the price of the home would be $1,500 per month. We were anticipating making these changes and charging $1,500 for rent, but we are also willing to keep the rent lower if someone would like to take the home without the upgrades! These renovations would take roughly a month or less, so if you would like them to be done, the move in timeframe would be the first week of November. Floorplan attached! Applications are $40 per person, and security deposit equal to the amount of your monthly rent is required to hold the home. Good credit / rental history / employment is a must!
