Applicant will need a credit score of 600 or above, no evictions on their record and 3x rent in net income. Application fee is $40 per adult, $40 for a married couple. All adult tenants will need to complete an application and be on the lease agreement. We can schedule an appointment to view the property Monday- Thursday 8-4, Friday 8-3:30.
