The private 3/4 bathroom has a large standing shower to let you stretch out and invigorate yourself, with a large enough counter for all grooming supplies you might need. The spacious kitchenette counter has plenty of cabinet space and a large pantry nearby that can assist with any food prep you might have for a hot plate or toaster oven to cook with, and an included mini fridge and coffee maker are there to help keep your mornings rolling strong. The private entrance means you can come and go at your leisure, and the shared laundry/storage room will only be accessed by the upstairs occupants at pre-negotiated times. Any furniture and decor in the photos will be included with no additional fees, including the couch and lighting. The fireplace is available for use in the winters as well, and one off-street parking space is available. This is a safe and tolerant space for trans and queer folk, and we welcome any and all that would share in that.
