Dear Hurricane Irene visited this home and left it's mark. The house is covered in mold and will be condemned shortly. I have not entered the home so the condition was only inspected from the outside but you can see the mold on the walls all over. Suggest no one enters or you do so at your own risk. Needless to say this is a tear down but the property is beautiful. It is now considered to be a flood zone so additional insurance would be required if you intend to build a home.
