Good size living room. Large eat-in kitchen with access to brick patio. Part of the patio is covered so it can be used and your can cook out year round. The true charm of the house is the bathroom. The house used to be two bedrooms, but the owner converted the second bedroom and the bath to into a luxurious bathroom which features a whirlpool, separate shower and and very large vanity. This is a great house for the price. Needs a little TLC.
