6mth lease term with option for 1 year lease renewals assuming no issues during course of lease. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant(s). Stove is provided. Other appliances are the responsibility of the tenant(s). Water and electricity expenses are the responsibility of the tenant(s). Grass-cutting is included in the cost of rent. You are free to use the application on Zillow, but a more thorough application provided directly by the owner must be completed for consideration which includes personal info of ALL occupants and financial info for all tenants/occupants needing to be considered for qualification. This also includes copies of ID's and/or DLs for all adult tenants/occupants as well as documentation supporting ability to pay the monthly rent. No pets are allowed. The rent is 1,100 per month w/an 1,100 refundable security deposit due before or at the time of lease signing. All adult occupants are required to agree to a background check for application consideration. Any eviction by any adult tenant/occupant is automatic grounds for non-qualification. Please note that there are other terms to renting that will need to be agreed to prior to qualification. Those specific terms will be provided by owner, directly to potential tenant(s). Forms of acceptable rental payments are cash, zelle, venmo, cashier's check or money order that must be received by owner by the specified due date. Means of payments outside of electronic means will notbe picked up by owner - it is the tenant's responsibility to ensure that monthly payments are received timely in order to avoid late fees and/or eviction proceedings.
