This is a very family-oriented neighborhood. We have community block parties, garage sales, and other activities. The homes and landscaping are well maintained. Since there are no through-streets in the development, it feels safe to allow your children to play outside. It is a "walker's" neighborhood. You see many people walking their dogs or strolling with their children.
