Caretaker type rental good for owner of large dogs, in good condition who will enjoy the space. Note: if you are a Californian fleeing the soon to be crazy tax bill that is being proposed, I will definitely work with you! Quick! Come to NC before the idiots take power. This is temporary, I am a hold out and a Trump supporter in a largely Blue Area - so presumably in a year or so you and I would raise the rent or the renter would find someplace to buy.
