Looking for someone (or 2 individuals max) to occupy a sunny, spacious, renovated, and very private master suite and kitchen/living room/balcony in the heart of Koreatown! 1 side-by-side parking spot and in-unit laundry included, but another parking spot could be added for a monthly charge. Master suite is 14.5' by 11.5'. Master bath is 7' by 12'. Living room/kitchen is 25' by 12' and the balcony can easily fit a table and a few chairs. I am a young female professional, clean, quiet, and will be working from home. I will not be using the kitchen or living room except for storing food in the fridge (and can get a mini fridge if you'd like exclusive use of the fridge). I will also not be using the balcony except to do laundry once a week (the washer/dryer are in balcony closet). My room is down a 10 ft hallway from the living room (and on the opposite side of the building from the master suite), so it is like two separate units, and I plan to keep mostly to myself because I am so busy.
