It is about a ten minute drive to the Redlands community Hospital. Single room in a house with shared restroom. Six month minimum lease. Utilities include water, electricity, gas Wi-Fi. No pets allowed. Renting to one single person only. No overnight stays. Move-in with $1,800 which includes first month's rent of $850 and security deposit of $950.
