Hammock on front porch with little patio nook in the back. Conveniently located close to the Osage train station, the cherry creek bike trail, as well as easy access to jump on 6/i25. New appliances, laundry, central heat/air conditioning, natural gas stove. The house can come furnished with a California king bed in the bed room, and a 65inch oled tv/couch/pillow nook, I can also leave other living items if needed like kitchen wear, and some desks. Plenty of readily availability street parking. as well as parking in the backyard and off street behind the house for those busy first friday days. There is a garage on property that I am keeping a project car in, I have discounted rent a bit to reflect this. I am moving to Germany for the year starting mid to late september and I am searching for the right person/couple for a year lease from 10/1/2025-9/30/26. lease duration October 1 2025-september 30/2026. renter is responsible for basic upkeep of the property. Which includes weeding, snow removal, furnace filter changes, water filter changes, and general keeping the property clean of debris. -renter is responsible for utilities listed. -no smoking cigarettes in the house. -absolutely no hard illegal substances on premise, ie non prescribed opioids, crack and meth. -parking permits can be obtained thru denver . gov, I have a parking permit to offer which is good until march 2026.
