The home has central A/C and is fully furnished with a separate living room and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There are hardwood floors throughout the home. The bedroom has an extremely comfortable queen bed and the bathroom has a claw-foot tub. The rental also comes with an onsite wash-dryer and your own parking space. We are walking distance to well-loved establishments (restaurants, bars and coffee shops). If you love music, you will find it throughout Bywater. And of course, enjoy the mighty Mississippi by taking a short walk to Crescent Park which runs along the river. Friendly, helpful landlords live next door. In New Orleans, we are responsible for monthly electricity, water and garbage fees. The monthly fee of $150 is approximately half the amount that we typically pay for the rental. We do not allow any smoking inside the rental property. The animal policy is on a case-by-case basis. We are pet lovers and are open to the possibility.
